Determination

So today, I had Raisin Toast and 2 Brown Eggs and a glass of orange juice. Although I recently discovered that orange juice has too much sugar, I’ll stop drinking it eventually, but I need to get my money’s worth :) Tonight’s meal includes chicken spaghetti with all natural or should i say fresh ingredients.

I plan to work out this evening. Weight training, running, and some cardio.

Shout out to i-am-stronger tumblr - great inspiration. I’ll be reblogging a lot posts from her.

But over the past month of eating healthy, I feel a lot much better health wise and in my clothes. I see some results; I was a 9/10 in jean size and I am now a between a 6/7.

I am extremely determined this time around to stick to healthy eating and exercising.

10-15 reps of each! 20 reps if you’re pro!

Ball Bridge - Lie on the floor and place your feet on top of your stability ball. Place your hands at your side for balance, lift your hips and roll the ball in towards your butt. Bring it in as far as your and hold for 2 seconds. 
Fire Hydrant - Get on all fours and left your leg like a dog would! Hold the contraction for 2 seconds. 
Sumo Squat Jumps - Get into squat position and go as low as you can. Begin bouncing! 
Dumbbell Sumo Squats - Get into sumo squat position, hold a weight in your hands in front of your chest. Squat away. 
Donkey Kicks - Get on all fours and kick back your leg with force!

30-minute weight training
15-minute walk

Meals for the Day and Exercise Routine 4/29/2012

Breakfast: Two bowls of Cheerios and an apple
Dinner: Baked tilapia, brown rice, and broccoli

Now I realize I should have ate more in between those two meals, so I’ll do better. I may eat some strawberries in a few. FYI: I no longer eat red meat and it’s been that way for about three weeks now (personal choice).

Exercise Routine:
15-minute stretch
30-minute walk and run
20-minute weight training

I’ve considered the P90X, but I’m determined to see my results in 60-days on my own before trying any DVD i’ll have to buy. I currently weigh 143. I’m not trying to lose weight, more-so, I want to get fit and healthy. But of course aiming for a nicer stomach :)

Moving Right Along..

If you’ve been following me for a while or staying updated with my posts, you’d know that I enjoy blogging pictures of celebrities with bomb a— attires, shoes or celebrities just because I enjoy their music. But I’ve decided to take a new direction. I appreciate my 20 followers - so don’t leave me :) Aside from posts with celebrities I admire, I’d like to personalize my blog more as well. I also realize my player stops me from getting asked questions and messages, so I will fix that soon. Anywho, I’d like to begin a journey of healthy eating, exercising routines, self-discovery, and my pursuit of becoming an actress and contributing writer of magazines I take an interest in and share it with anyone who wants to read along on my Tumblr page.
